Potential Tropical Cyclone 18 has formed in the western Caribbean Sea. This system is forecasted to become TS Philippe within the next 24 hours. Tropical Storm warnings have been issued for western Cuba and the northwestern Bahamas. No watches or warnings for FL at this time, but south FL should expect the potential for locally heavy rainfall and gusty winds tomorrow night and Sunday.
