TS Ian Has Formed In The Central Atlantic - No Threat To Land

TS Ian has formed out in the central Atlantic and is not forecasted to become a hurricane. Ian will not affect land and is only an interest to shipping lanes. Ian is the 9th tropical storm of the season.
