Hurricane Matthew made landfall earlier today in South Carolina and is now moving off towards the east-northeast. Portions of SC/NC may receive an additional 5 to 10 inches of rain before the system pulls away to the east on Sunday. Matthew's winds will continue to subside and the system should become a tropical storm by Sunday morning.
