9/16/15 - TD 9 Forms In The Central Atlantic. Not Expected To Become A Storm.

Just a quick note that Invest 93L has been upgraded to Tropical Depression 9. TD 9 is not forecasted by the NHC to become a tropical storm and should dissipate sometime this weekend. No push alert was sent because this system will not become a tropical storm and will not affect land. Just an interest to shipping lanes.
