Invest 99L will be moving into the Bay of Campeche in the southern Gulf of Mexico today and environmental conditions are favorable for TD 5 or TS Dolly to form today or tomorrow. It will track WNW generally towards Tampico, MX on Mexico's Gulf coast south of Texas. Heavy rain will be the primary threat. The Hurricane Hunters may investigate the system later today once it moves over water.
