Invest 90L is now inland over eastern Mexico and no further development is expected. There is always a chance it could move back over water due to very weak steering currents, but that seems highly unlikely. It will continue to produce heavy rainfall in eastern Mexico.

There is a possibility that Invest 90L briefly became a tropical storm or a tropical depression late Thursday into Friday morning. It is possible we will see an after season upgrade to a unnamed tropical depression or tropical storm.

The tropics should be fairly quiet over the next 7 days.
