Ingrid Expected To Reach Mexico as a CAT 2

Hurricane Ingrid is expected to make landfall within 36 hours along the central Mexico Gulf coast as a CAT 2 hurricane. Along with the wind, torrential rainfall will be a major issue. Hurricane Warnings are in effect.
