Ex-Dorian is showing signs of slow organization and surface pressures are falling. Development chances again are at 30%. The system is nearly stationary over very warm waters. Residents across south Florida please keep a close eye on this system throughout the day today. At a minimum, it will bring widespread rain to portions of southern Florida. Favorable conditions through today, then conditions will become less favorable for development on Saturday. We will be back with further updates mid-morning Friday.
