Latest Hurricane Tracker app outlook: Where the actual low forms will be crucial in the future path. The system will likely form between Wed night and Thurs night. Models are still in great agreement on development, but differ on the track. The TX coast will likely not have to worry about this Gulf threat as the heat high will act as a barrier. The entire Gulf coast from Mexico to the FL panhandle should be on alert and monitor future updates.
