Watching Invest 95L

The NHC is no longer monitoring what was Invest 94L.

Invest 95L in the central Atlantic is becoming better organized and now has a medium chance of development (40%). This system will track towards the west and may find a better environment down the road as it nears the Lesser Antillies Tue-Wed. There are no signs of a surface circulation. It is way to early to speculate if this system will affect any landmasses, especially the US.
