The NHC is now giving ex Dorian a 30% chance of reforming. The main reason ex-Dorian has not been able to organize is because it has not been able to sustain convection long enough to develop a low level center and upper level wind shear is about 30-40 knots. The next Hurricane Hunter mission departs this afternoon. We will keep you up to date as conditions warrant. Stay tuned.
