Two Areas With Slight Potential
The National Hurricane Center is highlighting two areas with a low potential for development - one being the remnants of Chantal. Chantal's remnants are not expected to develop as the left over convection will be merging with a frontal boundary.
There appears to be a very weak surface low forming in the Gulf of Mexico south of Pensacola. This system has a slight potential to develop into a weak system before moving inland along the FL panhandle tomorrow. The rest of the tropics appear quiet.
