There’s an increasing chance of a tropical depression forming in the Gulf of Mexico this week. The NHC states the chance is now in the high category at 70%. Regardless of development, the main impact will be heavy rain across the Yucatan and portions of Cuba, Florida and the Bahamas. We are not expecting a strong tropical storm or hurricane at this time. Impacts for Florida will occur Friday through Sunday. Stay tuned for updates.
