The NHC has now issued advisories on Potential Tropical Cyclone 5 in the Atlantic. This system is forecasted to become Tropical Storm Elsa by tomorrow and impact portions of the eastern Caribbean where tropical storm watches have been issued for some of the islands. This system is expected to be near Cuba by early next week and it’s too early to determine if there will be an US impacts.
