Tropical Depression 4 has formed off the coast of South Carolina. Tropical storm warnings are in effect from Edisto Beach to South Santee River South Carolina. TD 4 will move inland later today and weaken. Gusty winds and heavy tropical downpours are possible within and near the tropical storm warning area. If TD 4 strengthens into a storm, the name would be Danny.
