Tropical Update: TS Emilia has formed well south of Mexico in the Eastern Pacific. Another system behind Emilia has a high chance of development and should also track south of Mexico. The Atlantic basin will remain quiet for the foreseeable future as stable conditions create an unfavorable environment for development across much of the Atlantic basin.
