TD 4E has formed about 100 miles south of Acapulco Mexico. A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for a portion of the Mexican coast from Tecpan de Galeana to Punta Maldonado. This system is forecasted to make landfall as Tropical Storm Carlotta in 2-3 with winds around 60 mph. The depression is forecast to produce 4 to 6 inches of rainfall along the Guerrero coast, including the city of Acapulco, with isolated higher amounts approaching 8 inches possible.
