Tropical Storm Bertha has quickly formed this morning off the coast of South Carolina. It will move ashore today bringing low end tropical storm force winds and rain amounts of 2"-4" with isolated amounts up to 8" inches. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the coast of South Carolina from Edisto Beach to South Santee River. Thats now 2 named storms prior to the season officially starting.
